Terms of delivery of goods

The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by a third-party courier service
 The delivery is made to the user's address in the territory of the city of Sofia and exclusively in the areas specified by the Merchant in the website interface, namely the following areas: Mladost, g.k. Druzhba, zh.k. East, g.k. Yavorov, zh.k. Polygona, gh.k. Musagenitsa, village Dianabad, g.k. Slatina.

If there is a conflict between the text of this document and the information available on the website regarding the areas and delivery rules, the information indicated on the website shall prevail.

Delivery costs are at the expense of the User. The merchant reserves the right to provide promotional conditions under which he will cover the delivery costs.

Before sending the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the User on the phone indicated by him, in order to clarify details of the order and/or delivery.
 The Merchant is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or phone number.

Delivery is made within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the ordering interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period, promptly informing the User thereof.

Goods are delivered within 30 to 120 minutes from the moment the user places an order.

The processing of orders includes their handing over to a courier company for delivery.
 In the event that the goods ordered by the user are not available, the processing of the order may be delayed longer than the period provided for above, for which the Merchant should notify the user by phone or in writing. In such a scenario, the user is given another delivery period and the opportunity to withdraw from the contract or agree to the delivery terms.

The ordered goods are delivered against a signature.

The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of their delivery and notify immediately in case of any discrepancies. If the User does not do this, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection.
